This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness center, and a heated swimming pool. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly helped with my suitcases. Definitely coming back for Xmas!

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. We enjoyed kayaking and water adventures nearby. The hot breakfast was a nice perk. The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and comfortable.

However, we did have an issue with some noisy guests late at night, which impacted our sleep. It took a bit too long for the front desk to address the situation.

Perfect spot for a weekend stopover in New Smyrna Beach at a good value. The free morning breakfast was a nice touch. Make sure to check whether your room has a refrigerator.

The queen room with two queen beds was comfy and had a fridge, microwave, and flat-screen TV. The fitness center was nice, and the outdoor pool was clean. Loved the porch with rocking chairs out front. The breakfast had tasty options including fresh baked goods and coffee. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
